Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support in both French and English through phone, email, and all communication channels. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and damages, while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with follow-up queries relating to shipping, returns and damages
- Enter all orders received via telephone, email or from webstore
- Provide support to customers via phone, email and chat tools
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to support sales activities
- Update and enter relevant information in the company’s business systems to enhance customer and team communication, such as order entry
- Process all customer incoming web-based orders
- Process credit card payments as required
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of customer interactions and order details
- Provide reception on a part-time/as-needed basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence
- Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience through various contact methods – telephone, email, online chat
- Good data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Decent problem-solving skills, ability to think within accepted parameters when dealing with customer returns
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to adapt to an ERP system for order entry and returns management
- Extremely well organized utilizing an electronic filing system
- Adaptable, willing to learn and a true multi-tasker
- Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach.

- In-office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
