Overview
We are seeking an general insulation helper or junior insulation installer to join our team. Experience is not required, we are happy to train the right person!
Duties
- Assist Insulation Installers on job sites throughout the Okanagan while learning proper installation methods
- Prepare materials, tools, supplies and equipment needed for each job
- Manage materials, tools, supplies and equipment on the job sites
- Site clean-up, housekeeping at shop, organizing leftover materials and tools
- Assisting with routine equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable are key traits we are looking for!
- Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for the day
- Good work attitude and willingness to learn and be proactive
- Able to get to and from our office for work each day; BC Drivers Licence is an asset
- Experience around construction is an asset
