We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented junior Content Creator & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing engaging, high-quality content across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, experiment, and build strong content and marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Support the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok) and blog
Assist in producing engaging content including captions, visuals, and short-form video aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor and engage with online communities, comments, and messages
Help track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic
Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns (content, timelines, launches)
Assist with email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promotions
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest content ideas
Participate in occasional event coverage and assist with capturing real-time content
Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media content when needed
Explore and use AI tools (e.g., for captions, ideation, editing) to support content creation
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. This role will be based off a salaried role for full-time or hourly for part-time.
