Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality. Previous experience in food industry settings such as hotels, bars, or restaurants is highly valued, along with proficiency in POS systems like Micros POS.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring efficient team performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and serving processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
- Train new team members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling and food safety protocols.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist management to optimize guest flow.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area in accordance with hospitality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles; supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff.
- Experience in food safety regulations and food industry standards.
- Background in restaurant or hotel operations preferred; barista or bar management experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Schedule
- Primary shifts: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and/or evenings
- Must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
