The Middle Spoon Desserterie & Bar is seeking servers at their Barrington Street location. Restaurant experience is a requirement. (Please note, we're looking for people who have served or been a host. Fast food restaurant serving would not qualify as experience for this opening) The successful candidate should have a great attitude, be self starter, capable of working long hours on your feet, nights and weekend, have the ability to talk about about menu items with strangers and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment while being an expectational team player.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently, providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
