About the Role
We are currently hiring Production Workers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing or production. We are hiring for a variety of roles across our operations, including assembly, packaging, machine operation, and general labour.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on placement, your duties may include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Assembling products and components according to specifications
- Packaging finished goods and preparing them for shipment
- Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Assisting with general labour tasks as required
- Supporting team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (depending on role)
- Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
