Our client, a downtown financial services firm requires temporary reception coverage starting ASAP until June 26th with the possibility of being extended. Hours are 8am - 4pm.
This role requires impeccable corporate deportment, a proactive mindset, and a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating a flawless first impression for our clients while maintaining the pristine condition of our front-of-house and meeting facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Welcome & Front-of-House: Greet clients, guests, and executives with warmth and absolute professionalism. Direct visitors and manage the main switchboard efficiently.
- Meeting Room Management: Oversee the scheduling, preparation, and reset of all conference and meeting rooms, ensuring technology, seating, and presentation materials are flawless before each use.
- Office & Kitchen Maintenance: Manage and maintain the office kitchen and hospitality areas. Coordinate refreshments and catering for client meetings while keeping these communal spaces pristine and well-stocked.
- Administrative Support: Assist with incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and general administrative tasks that support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional Polish: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Corporate Deportment: Proven experience navigating a high-profile corporate environment with a strong understanding of professional etiquette and discretion.
- Proactive Hospitality: A natural instinct for anticipating client needs and maintaining high organizational standards.
- Reliability: Strict adherence to the 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule to ensure the office is fully operational at the start of the business day.
- Experience: Prior experience in high-end hospitality, corporate reception, or executive cabin crew roles is highly desirable.
