We are looking for an employee relations or workplace assessment consultant to join a project team bidding on a project with the Department of Defence.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting workplace assessments and employee relations investigations.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting employee conflict resolution and mediation services.
- Have a relevant project history of at least 3 projects in the last 5 years
- Be fluent in both English and French
- Have the capacity to deliver services between June and October 2026
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Hold a relevant professional designation
- Preferably: Experience working with the Federal Government.
Compensation is negotiable.
