About Qterra Property Management
Qterra is one of the fastest-growing property solutions companies in the GTA, serving homeowners and landlords across Ontario with tenant placement, full-service property management, renovations, basement legalizations, and more. We're expanding our field sales team and looking for people who know how to earn trust — and close — face to face.
The Role
This isn't a call-center job. You'll be out in neighborhoods across the GTA, our sales reps set you appointments, you close the prospects solutions: getting a property rented faster, managing it professionally, legalizing a basement unit, or getting a renovation done right.
If you know how to read a person on their doorstep and turn a "not interested" into a signed client, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Present Qterra's property solutions and close deals in the field
- Track activity and pipeline in our CRM (full training provided)
- Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat and referral business
Compensation
- Uncapped commission - no ceiling on what you can earn

What We're Looking For
- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or direct sales experience preferred (solar, security/alarm, pest control, roofing, telecom, etc.)
- Comfortable with rejection and driven by commission, not a salary safety net
- Strong communicator who can build rapport fast and close without a script
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends when door traffic is best
