Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-time <PERSON> Assistant to support our restaurant operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent service and ensuring smooth kitchen and dining experiences. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, assisting with food preparation, serving guests, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing a positive dining experience
- Help with food handling and safety procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Restock supplies and ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service and special events
- Regular kitchen activities (opening, closing, cleaning, dishwashing)
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and meal preparation techniques
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food industry standards are advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to safety guidelines

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
