Dynex Construction Inc. is looking for a Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team.
Position: Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to provide assistance in the preparation of accurate estimates, budgeting time, cost, and labor estimates for products.
Responsibilities: Download / print project drawings and specifications, do take-offs to complete estimates, prepare estimate and costing sheets, request quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors, assist Project Managers / Site Supervisors with project coordination, coordination and the organizing and distribution of health and safety documents.

Requirements: Successful completion of a Civil Engineering Program from a recognized post-secondary institution, Strong time management skills, Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and proficiency in Excel, Excellent written and oral communication skills. C.E.T. designation preferred.
Salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
