Overview
We are seeking several skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. Greenfield Earthmoving Ltd was established in 2025 and has a strong backlog of road construction work for the remainder of 2026 including winter work.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and rock trucks to perform tasks related to road construction projects
- Perform routine inspections on heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, rock trucks depending on position.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. This position is essential for the successful completion of our projects and requires a dedicated individual committed to safety and operational excellence.

- 2 x Excavator Operators
- 3 x Dozer Operators
- 4 x Rock Truck Operators
Pay: $26.50-$45.00 per hour
