Description:
Semargi is building an online face feminization makeup service for trans women and transfeminine adults. We are looking for a freelance makeup artist, beauty coach, or stylist with experience helping trans women with everyday feminizing makeup, brow shaping, beard-shadow correction, contouring, and face-softening techniques.
This is remote Zoom-based work. The first paid task will be a 60-minute consultation to review our service flow, landing page, intake questions, privacy/safety concerns, and client experience. If it is a good fit, we may also hire you to host paid 60-minute online makeup sessions with clients.
Responsibilities:
Review our face feminization makeup service and give practical feedback
Advise on affirming language, client safety, and avoiding stereotypes
Teach beginner-friendly feminizing makeup techniques over Zoom
Help clients with brows, beard-shadow correction, foundation, contour, eyes, lips, and product choices
Optionally prepare a short written guide/product list after each session
Ideal candidate:
Freelance makeup artist, beauty coach, drag/ballroom artist, or gender-affirming stylist
Experience working with trans women, transfeminine, nonbinary, or LGBTQ+ clients
Comfortable teaching beginners online
Warm, discreet, nonjudgmental, and privacy-conscious
Based in Canada or North America preferred

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
