Opportunity
Our client is a well-established Canadian organization with a national distribution footprint, entering a new phase of structured corporate growth. They are seeking a senior, hands-on operations leader to strengthen core operations while supporting continued commercial expansion across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Operations (Primary):
- Lead end-to-end distribution, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Implement scalable processes, SOPs, and performance standards
- Oversee transportation, freight, and inventory flow
- Ensure adherence to Canadian regulatory and safety requirements
- Build and develop high-performing operations teams
- Establish and track operational KPIs
Commercial Support (Secondary):
- Support national sales execution and market expansion
- Strengthen retail and distributor partnerships
- Support new product launches
- Contribute to eCommerce and omnichannel growth
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in senior operations leadership
- CPG/Food/Beverage experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of Canadian supply chain, retail, and distribution models is a strong advantage
- Candidates from other industries considered where strong adaptability and execution capability are demonstrated
- Proven success scaling teams and operations in high-growth environments
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving organizations
