Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Insurance Sales Representative fluent in Chinese and English to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, presenting suitable coverage options, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, retail sales, and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in telemarketing, marketing, and sales administration is a plus. Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base
- Engage with clients through telemarketing and face-to-face interactions to assess insurance needs
- Present and explain various insurance products tailored to individual client requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate policy terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement
- Assist clients with the application process, documentation, and policy administration
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and administrative tasks related to sales processes
- Focus on marketing to Commercial prospects
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable products
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales administration practices
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse populations through effective communication and cultural sensitivity

Pay: $34,400.00-$75,000.00 per year
