We're looking for a passionate and energetic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing boutique Reformer Pilates studio opening soon in Alliston, Ontario.
If you love creating engaging, challenging, and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes while helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an instructor who can deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining proper technique, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and motivating Reformer Pilates group classes.
- Provide clear verbal and hands-on (when appropriate) cueing to ensure proper form and alignment.
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate clients of varying fitness levels and experience.
- Create thoughtful, creative class programming that keeps clients challenged and coming back.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive studio community.
- Arrive prepared, maintain studio cleanliness, and assist with setting up and resetting equipment before and after classes.
Qualifications
✔ Certified Pilates Instructor
✔ Comfortable teaching multi-level Reformer Pilates group classes
✔ Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and injury prevention
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality client experiences
✔ Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
