Forklift Operator

Our clients in and around the Winnipeg area are urgently looking for Forklift Operators! At this time, they are not accepting students for this role and are only accepting candidates that can be considered for full-time employment
What You Will Be Doing as a Forklift Operator – Order Picker & Raymond Reach:
· Load and unload trailers
· Operate Sit-down Counter Balance (propane and battery operated)
· Operate Raymond Reach
· Operate Scissor Lift and have Working from Heights Certificate
· Manually load, unload, and move product as needed
· Chance of doing some general warehouse duties is likely
· Adhere to all safety standards and regulations
· Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have, as a Forklift Operator:
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating the specified equipment
· MUST have a valid certificate from Safety Services Manitoba or similar third party (not just a workplace)
· Able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs (may be required)
· Must be comfortable with repetitive and continuous movement, bending and lifting
· Previous experience working within a manufacturing/warehouse facility
· Must be able to complete a background check if requested
· $20 to $23 per hour
The Shift You Will Be Working is:
· Monday to Friday
· 7:30am to 4:00pm

- Forklift - Reach Truck and Order Picker: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- 3rd Party Reach Truck and Order Picker License (required)
