Job Summary
PEI Car Rental is looking for a fast-paced, personable, and dependable Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized under pressure, and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be answering customer calls, assisting with reservations, preparing rental contracts, and helping solve customer issues both over the phone and in person. You will also help move and park vehicles as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls quickly, professionally, and efficiently
- Assist customers with reservations, rental questions, and booking changes
- Create and process rental agreements
- Park, move, and organize rental vehicles as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for customers
- Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly

- Comfortable using phones and computer systems
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is considered an asset, but not required
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable driving various types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and vans
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
