We are currently looking to hire our next great team member for the position of Inside Sales Representative located in Edmonton, AB.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Edmonton, AB branch. In this customer‑facing role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing rental and sales solutions, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
- Recommend appropriate equipment and services based on customer needs
- Establish new rental and sales accounts by supporting walk‑in and call‑in customers
- Negotiate pricing on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with company pricing policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable showroom
- Build positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
- Follow all company and site safety procedures while working in the branch and on customer sites
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
- Equipment rental experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills required for the position
