We are looking for an Invoice Processing Clerk/Cashier to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the phone, greeting customers, handling cash, daily deposits, processing invoices and assisting in booking service appointments.
BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Ability to balance accounts according to company procedures
· Knowledge of daily cash procedures including processing receipts, completing the deposit and documenting payments
· Familiarity with posting invoices
· Proficient in completing transactions and paperwork swiftly
· Ability to interact with customer with courtesy and efficiency
· Knowledge of appropriate telephone techniques
· Skilled in listening and answering customers’ questions and properly documenting customer concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Previous accounting experience would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task
