- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent personality, willing to accommodate and tailor to fit diverse clientele
- Conduct assessments and make treatment recommendations to clients with varying physical and mental health needs
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to set appropriate goals for the clients
- Provide in-home assessments to clients who may be suffering from Motor Vehicle Accident and related injuries
- Be registered as a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Hold valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Completion of cognitive assessments, FAE, attendant care, case management, job site assessments and file review
- Perform regularly scheduled OT intervention treatment
- Must be able to speak English fluently
