Client Services & Administrative Assistant
Location: Kingston, ON
Upper Level Doors Inc. is seeking a Client Services & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Kingston. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers (phone & email)
- Greet walk-in customers and vendors
- Manage invoicing, data entry, and filing
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups
- Assist Office Administrator with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail/deliveries
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Sage50 (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual, in-person front desk role
- Professional phone manner & strong verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$23 per hour
