Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the bar team with confidence and energy, creating a positive and engaged environment where people want to work.

Provide strong leadership during evening and closing shifts, supporting FOH staff and making sound decisions to keep service smooth.

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, cleanliness, and execution of beverage service.

Collaborate with the General Manager and management team to drive sales through compelling beverage promotions and seasonal features.

Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Monitor performance metrics and cost controls related to bar operations, including liquor cost, waste, and sales trends.

Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience Behind the Bar: Minimum 2 years of bartending and serving experience in a high-volume setting.

Leadership Background: At least 1 year in a bar or restaurant supervisory role preferred, with proven ability to lead a team through busy nights.

Decision-Making Skills: Confident making real-time decisions during service to support the team and elevate the guest experience.
