Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items following approved recipes and brand standards, ensuring consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation while completing daily prep lists and assigned kitchen duties efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, labelling, dating, storage, and rotation.
- Operate kitchen equipment, monitor cooking and refrigeration temperatures, and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with inventory, receiving, and maintaining equipment and prep areas.

Qualifications
- 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- A valid work permit is required
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
