Desired Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in the Aerostructures domain, preferably with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience.
- Strong expertise in Hand/Classical Stress Analysis of aircraft structural components.
- Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and interpretation of simulation results.
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management, acting as a liaison between customer teams and offshore engineering teams.
- Ability to manage technical discussions, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of engineering activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with aircraft primary and secondary structures.
- Familiarity with aerospace certification requirements and industry standards.
- Exposure to structural substantiation, structural modifications strength evaluation, stress reports, and design validation activities.
Pay: $120,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
