Water Depot Orangeville is a local water treatment company that provides sales and service to the greater Orangeville area. There are over 35 locations in Ontario and still growing. Our Orangeville location is a busy, fast paced store that continues to grow and we are looking for a new Customer Service Assistant to add to our team. If you are outgoing, organized and have great customer service skills, we would love to meet you. This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. This position is not suitable for students, as there are daytime shifts.
We are looking for someone:
- friendly and outgoing
- reliable and responsible
- excellent written and verbal skills
- above average computer skills
- able to multi-task efficiently
Your responsibilities would include:
- greeting customers and offering assistance
- handling in store sales and enquiries
- answering the phone in a professional manor
- booking and managing service calls
- completing store opening and closing procedures
- sanitizing and cleaning all areas of the store
- some lifting is required
