Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operator for a fast-paced environment in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse, order picking, receiving, packaging, and material handling experience who take pride in accuracy, safety, and consistent performance.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and dealer order fulfillment. You will work in a structured, team-oriented environment with clear expectations, supportive leadership, and opportunities to build additional skills through in-house equipment certification. Key Responsibilities
- Pick and complete orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
- Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and productivity benchmarks.
- Support packaging, receiving, manual material handling, and general warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and zero-error order fulfillment.
- Communicate inventory issues, irregularities, safety concerns, or order discrepancies to Supervisors or Managers.
- Meet daily performance targets and multiple deadlines, including urgent or emergency order requests.
