About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to own our CRM platform from end to end. In this role, you will be the go-to person for everything HubSpot — from day-to-day administration and user support to building automations, maintaining data integrity, and enabling our sales and marketing teams to operate at their best. Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Commerce Hub
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and team structures
- Maintain and optimize CRM configuration including pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, and deal stages
- Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup processes
Automation & Workflows
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automated processes to support sales and marketing operations
- Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot
- Set up lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle automation
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and custom reports to track pipeline health, marketing performance, and team KPIs
- Deliver regular data insights to sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Monitor HubSpot usage and adoption across the organization
Integration & Support
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., email, LinkedIn)
- Provide training and day-to-day support to internal users
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates and best practices
QualificationsRequired
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub)
- HubSpot CRM certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts: pipelines, contacts, companies, deals, and lifecycle stages
- Experience building workflows and automations in HubSpot
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
- Strong communication skills : able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B technology, SaaS, or data center environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot integrations (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Additional HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, Reporting)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
