First Nations Powersports and Yellowhead Recreation, operating under One Path Group, are building one of the most aggressive powersports sales teams in Canada.
We are looking for a bilingual French/English sales professional who can close deals, build trust quickly, and help customers across Canada get approved for the units they want.
What We Do
We help clients across Canada get approved for:
- ATVs
- Snowmobiles
- Side-by-sides
- Boats
- Motorcycles
- Trailers and recreation vehicles
Many of our customers have been told “no” by banks, lenders, or other dealerships.
Our job is to find the approval, match the right unit, structure the deal properly, and deliver a professional buying experience from start to finish.
We serve customers across Canada, including remote and rural communities that many dealerships do not properly support.
Why French Fluency Matters
We are expanding our ability to serve French-speaking customers across Canada.
This role requires someone who can confidently communicate in both French and English by phone, text, email, and video.
You must be able to explain approvals, payments, documents, vehicle options, and next steps clearly in French.
Being bilingual is not a bonus for this position. It is a requirement.
The Role
This is a high-volume phone, text, and digital sales position.
You will:
- Work inbound credit applications and warm leads
- Communicate with customers in both French and English
- Call, text, and follow up with clients daily
- Structure deals with multiple lenders
- Present approved units and payment options
- Close sales remotely and in person
- Collect documents and move deals to funding
- Build repeat and referral business
- Represent First Nations Powersports, Yellowhead Recreation, and One Path Group professionally

Requirements
- Fluent French and English communication required
- Minimum 2 years of auto, powersports, RV, marine, trailer, or finance sales experience preferred
- AMVIC licence required, or must be able to obtain immediately
- Strong phone, text, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Must be able to work in person in Spruce Grove, Alberta
- Must reliably commute or relocate before starting work
