- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Takes thorough messages, indicating the caller’s name, company name if applicable, the time and reason for call
- Handle telephone calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
- Answer electronic enquiries order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by Management.
- Supporting the day to day running of the office
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Stocking Inventory into computer and keep track of physical inventory.
- Creating invoices for the customers. Taking the payments and applying them into the system.
- Take care of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are being met
