Lorvale Academy is a growing education centre dedicated to providing high-quality academic programs for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. We offer tutoring, enrichment courses, language programs, STEM education, competitions preparation, and seasonal camps. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and creative individual to join our team as an Education Consultant & Marketing Coordinator.
Position Overview
As an Education Consultant & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting student enrollment, building relationships with families, and promoting our programs through various marketing initiatives. This position combines educational consulting with digital marketing and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both communication and creativity.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation Consulting
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, WeChat, and in person.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend appropriate courses and learning plans.
- Guide families through the registration and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up with prospective families.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with parents.
Marketing & Communications
- Manage and update social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and other marketing channels.
- Create engaging marketing content, including posters, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and community outreach activities.
- Assist with planning and promoting workshops, open houses, competitions, and seasonal camps.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate with teachers when necessary.
- Assist with daily office operations and reception duties.
- Support event logistics and administrative projects assigned by management.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.
Preferred
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Experience in education, tutoring centres, admissions, customer service, or marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating promotional content.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design and video editing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems or student management software is an asset.
