We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Proficiency in baking – ability to prepare cakes and other baked goods following established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Sandwich preparation skills – ability to prepare a range of sandwiches according to SOPs.

Salads and sauces preparation – skilled in making different salads and dressings, following SOPs.

Soup preparation skills – capable of making various soups according to SOPs.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and quality control.

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

Develop new menu items and specials that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.

Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity.
Experience
-
At least 2 years experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry.

Knowledge of pastry and desserts – capable of preparing a variety of sweets and desserts, following SOPs.

Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.

Familiarity with restaurant management practices and hospitality standards.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is essential for success in this role.
