Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bell Authorized Retailer, our primary goal is to promote and sell Bell’s services to new and existing customers. In this role, your main responsibility will be to drive sales by converting customer inquiries into service subscriptions through effective communication and product knowledge. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing support, resolving issues, and most importantly, helping more people get connected with Bell’s industry-leading services.
A successful candidate will be motivated by sales targets, confident in promoting services, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by promoting Bell services and achieving monthly sales targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best Bell service packages to meet those needs
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints professionally
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue per customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales through data entry
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and team sales goals
- Ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining professionalism in all communications
- Support social media efforts by helping with content promotion on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Be willing to participate in occasional promotional video content or recordings
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu or other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with sales techniques, upselling strategies, and closing deals
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using software tools for customer management
- Comfortable using social media platforms and appearing in short-form video content
- A positive, goal-driven attitude and a passion for helping customers
- Ability to think quickly, resolve issues, and turn inquiries into sales opportunities
