Position Details:
Role: Academy Coach (Part-Time / Contractor) Workload: 3 - 15 Hours / Week Location: Mississauga, ON Start Date: Summer Season (Immediate start) Pay Rate: TBD
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute engaging training sessions with TUFC academy players. Identify player strengths and weaknesses to guide their individual development. Teach and promote the official TUFC Methodology. Work closely with fellow coaches, the General Manager, and the Technical Director.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Mandatory Coaching Licenses (or willing to obtain): NCCP MED Workshop + Evaluation, Respect in Sport, NCCP Making Head Way, NCCP Emergency Action Plan, NCCP Rule of Two. Preferred Coaching Licenses (or willing to obtain): Fundamentals, Learn To Train, Soccer For Life, Concacaf C License. Background in playing or coaching soccer. Key traits: Punctual, strong leadership, goal-oriented, passionate, and a continuous willingness to learn.
