Senior Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee financial operations, support the accounting team, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting and finance operations
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, and account reconciliation
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls
- Prepare reports and provide financial insights to management
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting or financial management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting, payroll, and reconciliation
- Understanding of auditing and financial regulations
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
