Journeyman/woman Plumber – Commercial Projects

We specialize in delivering high-quality mechanical work for healthcare and institutional clients across the Lower Mainland. Our projects range from small washroom upgrades to complex healthcare heating/cooling systems and medical gas systems.
We’re one of BC’s only non-union CSA-certified medical gas contractors, trusted by leading healthcare and institutional clients. That means meaningful work, steady growth, and the respect of top-tier clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Journeyman/woman looking to broaden their mechanical exposure across multiple project types while taking on technically demanding work that requires precision, problem-solving, and accountability, and contributing to work that genuinely matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems on high-profile commercial and institutional projects.
- Work closely with HVAC, gas, and controls teams.
- Solve problems and keep projects on track.
- Deliver quality craftsmanship and code compliance.
- Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior team members and sub-trades.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving efforts.
Schedule & Location:
- Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with additional hours from time-to-time.
- You will work across sites within the Lower Mainland (from North Vancouver to UBC to Mission); our head office is based in Burnaby.
What we’re looking for:
- Journeyman Plumber License.
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and team work skills.
- Leadership capability and a professional, respectful approach on site.
