Job title: AME Quality Control Manager (Avionics)
Avionics is where precision meets stakes — one loose connection, one missed check, and everything downstream is affected. That's exactly why this role exists, and why we need an AME-E who treats quality as a craft, not a checkbox. As Quality Control Manager – Avionics, you'll lead a team of SCA and MCA specialists, shape how we handle everything from complex installations to OEM audits, and build a culture where excellence is just how things are done. This is a seat for someone who wants their fingerprints on both the systems and the people who maintain them.
