Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Assist guests with menu selections and beverages to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience at a similar establishment
- Extensive knowledge of wines
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Veloce, is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Must be completely bilingual
