Cap-Thin Molds Inc, located in Mississauga Ontario, advanced modern company specializing in design and manufacturing of high precision injection molds for the Packaging, Caps and closures and Cosmetic industries. Our company utilizes the latest computer and machine tool technology in a temperature controlled and organized environment.
We are looking for an energetic, creative and experienced CNC Cylindrical Grinder programmer/operator to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for programing and operating our CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines. Experience in a mold shop environment would be necessary.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with CNC Grinding.
- Efficient programming/operating and set up techniques for CNC Cylindrical Machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings & work with very close tolerances. (0.0002 inches)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- Ability to handle stress, pressure, deadlines.
- A positive “can do” attitude and absolutely must be a team player.
