Two years of Front desk experience is the minimum for all applicants. OPERA PMS SYSTEM is a MUST have to be considered.
Our Front Desk Agent represents the hotel first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. Our Agents are responsible for checking guests in and out of their rooms, including booking reservations. They will accommodate any special requests of the guests. All candidates must adhere to the policies and procedures that are set by Best Western Brand Standards.
Attention to detail when handling transactions, guest information and following PCI compliance.
Staff members will be required to complete Brand Training to ensure exceptional service is provided to all of our guests.
Our Front Desk Agents will need to bring forth a positive attitude to ensure guest's satisfaction, and memorable experiences throughout the guest stay. Working in a fast-paced environment, and handling difficult issues as they arise is a must in our industry.
