Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barber to join our team on a Full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule and is open to taking on additional hours as business increases during the summer months. The Barber will report directly to the Hotel General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and grooming services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Stay up to date with current styles and trends
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients
Requirements:
- Previous barbering experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule:
- 5 days per week minimum
- Opportunity for additional hours during the busy summer season
