The Opportunity
Wild Rows Pump & Compression Ltd is seeking a Branch Administrator/Parts team member to join our Provost location. This is a hands-on role combining front-office administration and parts coordination in a busy environment. You'll be the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, handle parts inventory and transfers, process work orders and invoices, and help keep the branch running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Handle day-to-day office administration, correspondence, and scheduling
- Maintain parts inventory, shipping, receiving, and inter-branch transfers
- Process purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing
- Track fuel cards, phone bill coding, and timecard submissions
- Greet customers and respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or parts role within the oil and gas, pump, or industrial services industry
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures, Microsoft Office, and inventory processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and stay calm during busy periods
- Parts Technician ticket is an asset but not required
- Valid driver's license
