You’ll work directly alongside our President, manage a focused portfolio of industrial and commercial assets across Metro Vancouver, and have real ownership over your client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties end-to-end: tenant relationships, vendor coordination, budgeting, net lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and everything in between. You’ll be a trusted advisor to property owners, not just a day-to-day operator.
- Manage tenant and owner relationships with a service-first approach
- Administer net leases, including CAM reconciliations and year-end recoveries
- Oversee on-site maintenance, contractors, and vendor contracts
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements against budgets
- Prepare clear, concise owner’s reports including variance analysis
- Monitor rent collections and ensure timely reconciliations
- Build and manage annual operating budgets
- Guide clients through the leasing process — from interpretation to execution
- Lead safety programs and practices for on-site staff
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience, with demonstrated industrial asset experience
- Valid BC Real Estate Property Management Rental License
- Solid understanding of net lease structures and CAM recovery processes
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with budget analysis
- Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
Note: Commercial strata management experience does not qualify.
