Toyota Plaza is looking for a motivated, energetic, and career-minded Appointment Coordinator to book service appointments, provide coverage in the parts and service department (when needed), efficiently schedule service work for customers, and sell recommended or required services to customers.

What You'll be Doing:

Greeting service customers and obtaining customer and vehicle data

Scheduling service appointments in an efficient manner and in consultation with the Service Manager

Providing coverage in the parts and service department (when needed)

Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture’s specifications, using maintenance menus
-
Providing strong customer communication

Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and scheduling appointments; returning phone messages promptly

Processing warranty claims
-
Providing follow-up with customers
-
Other duties as required/assigned
What We Require:
Experience in customer service

Ability to work well under pressure and deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
