We are currently looking for a Weekend Patient Relationship Coordinator to join our team and help create an outstanding client experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys skincare, aesthetics, sales, and relationship-building in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
Position Details
- Primarily Saturdays with potential Sunday shifts
- In-person position
- Starting wage: $18/hour
- Opportunity for additional hours based on clinic needs and performance
What You'll Be Doing Patient Experience & Customer Service
- Welcome clients both in person and over the phone
- Create a warm, professional, and high-energy environment
- Assist clients with questions regarding treatments, skincare, and services
Scheduling & Coordination
- Book, confirm, and rebook appointments
- Help maintain smooth clinic flow and provider schedules
- Support front desk organization and daily operations
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Help ensure clients feel supported, valued, and excited about their treatment journey
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process transactions and assist with front desk duties
- Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Comfortable discussing products, services, and sales
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or aesthetic experience is considered an asset
- Experience with scheduling software or front desk systems is a bonus
