Our client is requiring support to integrate newly acquired entities into the core of their business. Here are the key job responsibilities:
- Support post-acquisition financial integration activities and facilitate smooth process transitions to ensure full financial continuity
- Perform and accurately document end-to-end walkthroughs to understand current processes
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
- Collaborate with acquired entities to align internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards (IFRS)
- Support financial data migration into corporate ERP system with timely execution
- Assist in preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis including understanding opening balance sheet and purchase accounting adjustments
- Standardize chart of accounts and accounting processes across acquired entities
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support internal and external audit requests related to integrations
