Your Role Includes:
- Dispensing and verifying prescriptions accurately as per OCP guidelines
- Providing clinical services including immunizations and Minor Ailments assessments
- Checking and when necessary, preparing compliance (blister) packaging
- Conducting patient follow-ups and documenting pharmaceutical opinions
- Ensuring OCP compliance and delivering safe, professional care
- Supervising daily pharmacy operations, including cleanliness and organization
- Monitoring refrigeration logs being done properly
- Mentoring students and pharmacy assistants in a supportive learning environment
- Assisting with OTC inquiries
- Performing other necessary duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager
Must have:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (OCP)
- Injection Certification
- Minor Ailments compliance
- Strong communication skills (English; Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is an asset)
- A professional, compassionate approach to customer service
- Community pharmacy experience and third-party billing knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Fillware system – an asset, not required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to your profession
- Welcoming new grads and pharmacists with 1–2 years' experience
Schedule & Salary:
- Pharmacy Hours: Weekdays Mon-Wed-Fri 9-6:30pm, Tue&Wed 9-7pm, Sat 10am-4pm, Closed Sundays. Schedule will vary based on organizational needs and overlapping schedules.
- Salary: $50.00 – $52.00/hour, based on experience
- Additional benefit will be discussed during interview.
