Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to oversee the operational, maintenance, and safety functions of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership abilities, with a background in industrial maintenance, project management, and mechanical systems. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the building’s systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, supporting the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Manage daily building operations, including maintenance schedules and safety protocols
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Oversee industrial equipment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical systems, low voltage wiring, and mechanical components
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Develop and implement project management plans for facility upgrades or repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and system modifications
Qualifications
- Proven management and supervising experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices in facility management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
