Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Portable Sanitation Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and servicing portable sanitation units at various job sites, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform medium to heavy lifting. Duties
- Clean, disinfect, and service portable toilets and sanitation units according to company standards
- Perform routine maintenance on sanitation equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Transport sanitation units to designated locations using appropriate vehicles and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs or repairs required for sanitation units
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding service schedules
- Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and custodial duties
- Ensure all work areas are kept safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal record
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair techniques
- Strong time management skills to complete scheduled services efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites
- Previous experience with heavy equipment operation or outdoor maintenance is a plus
- Pass a drug test for site specific work
- Provide refrences
