Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking reliable, skilled, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Millwrights to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations, while adhering to safety standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment and comply with 5S program.
- Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor system issues.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities on production equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Align, level, and calibrate machinery and equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct inspections to identify equipment deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
- Support shutdown and maintenance projects as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
- Journeyperson Millwright certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, PLCs, and rotating equipment.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Welding and fabrication knowledge and experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Work Conditions
- Use of required personal protective equipment
- High noise levels
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50lbs manually
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around operating machinery when required.
- Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, on-call, and shutdowns.
- High heat conditions.
